Company History
Founded by Dr. Boaz Barack:
Initially focused on financial risk management and structured methods to hedge macro economics business risks.
Acquisition:
in 1990, the Edmond de Rothschild Group acquired our operations and integrated it into their activities.
Re-established in 2010:
Advising UBS AG, managing the Barack Family Office, and holding positions in several European financial institutions.
Dr Boaz Barack
was a member of Senior Management at the two largest Swiss banks, Credit Suisse and UBS AG.
